Le Solerey brewpub is locally owned and operated in the heart of Les Houches with 360º views of the Chamonix Valley. The concept of Le Solerey Brewpub all begins with the brewing of our own beers, on site with only the best ingredients, but it doesn’t end there.  All of our wines, sipreets, and other drinks are of top quality. We may not exactly be a wine bar, but we have a fantastic selection, unique to bars and restaurants in our valley at very affordable prices.

Le Solerey’s kitchen is run by professionally trained chefs who slow-cook and smoke our meats in North American style smokers, the menu is produced in house, right down to the sauces, cole-slaw, and even pickles. We also have great vegetarian and vegan options to choose from.

Our mezzanine style beer hall offers large tables for big groups, we have a pool table and a big screen for sports events. Our large outdoor terrace backs onto Le Torchet ski slope, open every day and Thursday evenings (season and conditions permitting). We are also next-door to the local open air skating rink.
